I forever release and hold Mindset Programs, its partners, affiliates, and employees harmless from any and all liability arising out of the use of the Images in any manner or media whatsoever, and waive any and all claims and causes of action relating to use of the Images, including without limitation, claims for invasion of privacy rights or publicity.
3. Whereas the group class which is assembled for the purpose of uplifting and encouraging children, having participants ages 6-13 shall be referred to as ‘Mastermind’ for the remainder of this agreement.
Whereas the participating child, who is be a minor, shall be referred to as ‘Participant’ for the remaining of this agreement.
Whereas the parent/guardian acknowledges their child is emotionally fit for the participation in said Mastermind group. The parent/guardian of the Participant is hereby deemed the responsible party for the purposes of this agreement.
Whereas Logan Griffith shall lead aforesaid Mastermind for the duration of the program.
Whereas Mastermind shall be instrumented by a minor, Mr. Logan Griffith.
Whereas Logan Griffith shall be referred to as ‘Coach Logan’ for the remainder of this agreement.
Whereas Coach Logan, is the son of Mr. Ian Griffith, a life coach.
Whereas it may appear that Coach Logan and Mr. Ian Griffith are conducting this coaching Mastermind together, Mr. Ian Griffith shall be present only for the moral support of his son, Logan. Mr. Ian Griffith is neither conducting nor leading said Mastermind.
Whereas Parent/guardian of Participant is aware and furthermore agrees and acknowledges that the onus of supervision is on them to supervise the Participant at all times during the Mastermind gatherings. If at any time the parent/guardian feels that the content being delivered, or the manner in which it is being delivered is inappropriate or offensive to their child in any way, they may log off of the zoom call and end their child’s participation in this Mastermind. Silence and/or continuing attendance of Mastermind shall constitute acquiescence and affirmed consent that the material imparted and the manner in which it is delivered is deemed suitable for their child in every way by parent/guardian.
Whereas Ian C Griffith hereby declares that he is not directing, imparting information for the purpose of instructing the participants to take any actions or forgo actions whatsoever, imbibe any specific beliefs or disbeliefs whatsoever about themselves, advising about any specific course of action or non-action, for or against a group of people, or a specific culture. Parents and Guardians hereby acknowledge that Ian C Griffith is not in any way whatsoever connected to or affiliated with the information imparted by his son, Coach Logan.
Supervision
Supervision of Participant(s) by the parent/guardian shall specifically be marked by the attendance of the parent during each Mastermind, while being seen on the computer screen at all times. Parent agrees to be seen beside their child/Participant during said Mastermind gatherings on the zoom calls.
Whether the Participant is supervised or not the parent/guardian acknowledges that the Participant may be allowed to continue in the Mastermind. However such permission to continue in the Mastermind by Coach Logan does not constitute a waiver of these terms. Parents agree to waive any and all rights to claims against Logan Griffith and Ian C Griffith for any and all liabilities relating to the action or nonaction of their child, interaction with others, mindset, emotional state, physical injury of themselves or others related to excessive risk-taking behaviors or otherwise, and/or even death now and forever. There can be no situation that arises which can constitute a basis for any recourse whatsoever against Ian and Logan Griffith. Ian C Griffith and Logan Griffith are indemnified, held harmless from any lawsuits, liability, and claims now and forever by the Parent/guardian and the Participant the Mastermind now and forever, and such agreements as made herein are specifically irrevocable by both parties beyond any jurisdiction in the United States of America, whether contemplated or not.
Structure of Mastermind:
Mastermind group coaching sessions shall be held on Zoom for a duration of 60 minutes each session, once a week on Sundays from 3:30 to 4:30 for 90 days. Active participation by members of the Mastermind is encouraged during the course of the program.
Monthly meetings for parents to attend online.
Refunds: Parent/guardian agrees that there shall be no refund once payment is made. The participant is encouraged to partake and enjoy the Mastermind.

Coach Logan has no certifications for coaching and has no specific training which creates him to be an authoritarian or expert in this field of mindset coaching.
Coach Logan’s intentions are pure and to uplift fellow members of society to create a positive outlook on life and about themselves and others.
