Weekly Accountability Assessment-

The Accountability Worksheet is a tool used to hold an accountability check-in for our small groups. It involves setting and reviewing three S.M.A.R.T. goals for the week and reporting on the results from the previous week's goals. The worksheet also includes identifying the team members greatest win and biggest blocker of the current week and determining one step that can be taken to overcome the blocker. Additionally, it includes discussing how to be a great team member, what is appreciated in the team members, and what support can be given to each other.
